Using an ice bath dramatically decreases your body's core temperature. When you get into an ice bath the cold water will constrict your blood vessels thus slowing the blood flow to your muscles and other parts of your body. If you are experiencing other health issues this can also cause your blood pressure to spike and may put you at risk of a cardiac arrest or stroke.
Side effects
Always listen to your body and never go further than you feel comfortable doing. If you're in cold water for too long you put yourself at risk of hypothermia, frostbite, techycardia (an increased heart rate), arrhythmia (abnormal heart beat), or anaphylactic shock.

I would not recommend this specific brand.
Couldn't repare the puncture as it was on the seam. Water goes warm after like a day. Waste of money.
My english is not perferct but i"ll try... i ordered my Ice Bath on 7 of June and DPD send it back because the parcel does not fit into the Box where i can pick it up... i am very sad and i want you to send the Ice Bath once more to me, please... thank you

Ive received a refund for my ice bath as there was an issue with the inflatable ring distorting - the refund process was all good. the company said it could have been due to being left in the sun, so I would suggest keeping it out of the sun if poss. part from this there ice bath is great.
